Music Creation and Creative Empowerment | Riverwalk Center | 1 - 4pm
Mona (Monalicious) is a medicine woman of sound, a composer of groovy tunes and empowering mantras. As a songwriter they balance humility with majesty. As a native to Denver, they have grown with the city and have flourished in the arts community through music and leadership. In this class participants will explore music composition and creation and how to develop empowerment through creative expression.
Suitable for Ages 12+. You will need to pre-register to attend.

Crafty Kids | Old Masonic Hall - Patio | 3.30 pm - 4.30pm
Get creative in a fun and relaxed environment! During each session, children will work on a new project, pushing the boundaries of imagination and invention. They will have the opportunity to explore new materials and techniques using a variety of mediums.

Concert in the Park | Frisco Historic Park | 5.30 pm - 7.30 pm
This week's free concerts in the park feature PGSIX (pronounced “Page Six”), one of Denver’s most popular party and cover bands, playing live music for events, clubs, and festivals in Denver and across Colorado. They play everything from classic Motown to old school funk and disco to hip hop and modern pop hits. This week's Local Non-Profit Beneficiary is Northwest Colorado Center for Independence.

Outdoor SUP Yoga is back for those who are eager to dust off their paddleboards! Join Leslie Ross for a session of constant motion that challenges your yoga flow at a whole new level. Your body must remain fully engaged to hold each pose while balancing on a paddleboard. SUP Yoga integrates every muscle into the activity. This is a fun and challenging exercise that activates all your feel-good receptors while floating. Class includes SUP board rental. $20 per person. There is a discount if you have your own board.
