The lower-level living room is partially finished and has a walk-out to the back yard. Warm Springs is a gated neighborhood, and they maintain their own roads within the subdivision. Hiking trails throughout the open space which connect to several National Forest access points. In addition, stocked fishing ponds a clubhouse, tennis/pickleball court and common trash deposit. Excellent recreation in the South Park area including Breakneck, Browns and Westin Passes with hiking/biking, Jeeping/atving, hunting and fly-fishing. World-class skiing in four mountain resorts in Summit County. Visit Buena Vista and the Arkansas River Valley with hot springs, rafting and fly-fishing. Denver, Colorado Springs, and Front Range access are just close enough about 80 miles away. The Certificate of Occupancy and Septic are currently permitted for 2 Bedrooms. Warm Springs currently allows for Short Term Rentals with a Park County STR License and additional HOA fee and approval. Home never rented short-term.
